This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on SastiDealz.com, operated by ICG Services Private Limited, New Delhi, India.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

Products once used, altered, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Innerwear or intimate items
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process
